Brew Equipment Arrived...Brew Day This Saturday

Our brew equipment just arrived yesterday in two of the biggest boxes I have ever seen shipped...no wonder it cost $50 to ship from Minnesota! Jessica and I unpacked everything last night, and tried out some of the more technical products that I ordered (I absolutely LOVE the wort chiller, and I have not even used it yet!) Our brew day is scheduled for this Saturday afternoon. My Dad is coming down to view the whole process since I have him hooked on good craft beer instead of the macro produced stuff he used to drink.
